A very large and impressive mid 19th century taxidermy display of Shell ducks, Teal, Widgeon and Shovellers    in a naturalistic setting and in original condition.  Some of the original museum numbers can be seen inside.  The birds are in good condition and the case tells a fantastic story with layers of 19th century and early 20th century wallpaper to the back and sides.  Some newspaper from 1861 has also been used on one part of the case.  There is some dirt and on the inside of the glass.

Measuring:  3 feet tall, 4 feet wide, 13.5 inches deep
