A  superb folk art depiction of tradesmen in cut zinc in the original paint.    The two workmen, possibly roof leaders, are situated near the brazier which one is using bellows to keep it going.   In delightfully original colours the sign or finial would have originally been attached by the pole running along the bottom but this has long since been separated from the building.

As it would have been outside on display, on side is more worn that the other, the original paint still throughout on the other.

A delightful piece.
